Pre-Construction Phase

The pre-construction phase includes all value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, construction planning, subcontractor selection, administrative reporting, long-lead item ordering and jurisdictional compliance. Here the firm's pre-construction phase is viewed in a simplified linear chart.
